RCS Superstore has been the complete home appliance center for Vincennes, Indiana and the surrounding area for over 45 years. With our low prices, superior appliances, and quality customer service, your satisfaction is guaranteed. RCS Superstore, Inc. opened in January 1966 as "Red's Country Store." Originally a partnership between three individuals, the store later became a family-owned and operated business in 1974 by owners Robert and Barbara Pepmeier. Bob and Barb firmly believed in taking care of their customers from beginning to end. This policy continues today as the store is now owned and managed by their son, Mark Pepmeier.
After a fire destroyed the original building in October 1997, the store was rebuilt and enlarged to its current size of 11,000 square feet of showroom and warehouse space. The business name was changed at that time to RCS Superstore to reflect the increased size. RCS Superstore is proud to provide top-notch customer service with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. We service what we sell, and replacement parts are available or can be special ordered for next day pick-up. Our factory-trained service technicians have a combined 86 years of appliance repair experience.
